Emerging out of nowhere at the end of the pandemic (Covid-19), when many businesses and restaurants were devastated and closing their doors to the public, some temporarily and other indefinitely. It is there, where we reinvent ourselves creating the brilliant project of Salina's Mexican Restaurant, extracting much of the culinary art of this humble town in San Luis Potosi. The wonderful idea of raising an icon like the cathedral sanctuary of our father Jesus, located in the main square col centro de Salinas de Hidalgo.
